Food has the power to promote health or create disease. When it comes to deciding what to eliminate, the more you remove, the more likely you are to discover foods that are giving you problems, which is great for your health.
Food is more than just fuel. With every bite we take we send chemical messages to the rest of our body, and they react accordingly. When we eat things that we have a sensitivity to, our body creates a response, which can present itself in many forms, from bloating to migraines.
